Call-Back

The system automatically phones the customer to inform them that their car has arrived. When you call for a Minicab from Ibis Cars in Chiswick our software recognises your phone number. Our Call-Back service will call your phone twice to let you know that your Minicab is about to arrive.

Text-Back

Text-Back works the same way as Call-Back but instead sends an SMS Text message to your mobile phone, giving you details of the meeting point, the Vehicles' details (make, model and registration). Text Back offers added security, knowing exactly what vehicle to expect before it arrives!
