We had a taxi to Heathrow T5 on 6th June at 6am. The service and the driver were excellent. Good messaging. Driver polite, proactive, very good driving. Way better than uber
I had hurt my leg whist at Kew Gardens. I was staying at The Clayton Hotel in Chiswick, so called this company. They just put the phone down on me! Not very good customer service at all.

The sign on my door says no flyers, ads or junk mail... and yet I've ended up with one of this company's cards through my letterbox. You don't need my address to fix this, what you need to do is to NOT post your ads through letterboxes of people that clearly don't want them. It doesn't matter how good your service claims to be, if you can't read simple instructions then you can't expect to be hired to deliver people or parcels anywhere.
I have used a different local minicab company loyally for years. They were unable to provide a car yesterday despite several hours noticed so I googled and found this company. They turned up exactly on time with a comfortable and clean vehicle and drove my son and me to our destination in Teddington via an efficient route, all for a very reasonable price. I will use them again.
